Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of California or Texas.
• 1+ year of immigration-law experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings and USCIS interviews.

Responsibilities

• Appear in immigration courts for hearings.

• Prepare and review case documents.
• Maintain control of personal schedule.

Skills

Excellent writing and advocacy skills

Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
