Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn risk evaluation on new and renewal business.
• Gather, organize and enter information into pricing models and perform initial analysis of exposure.
• Support the underwriter and broker with service by managing workflow from clearance through policy issuance.
• Coordinate service requests in a timely manner.
• Deconstruct submissions by entering information into systems and flagging referral triggers.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and proposal information used for coverage review and pricing strategy.
• Provide customer service to brokers and agents to facilitate policy processing.
• Execute post-sale account management workflow including billing and policy issuance.
• Initiate pre-renewal communications when necessary.
• Support underwriter with mid-term reviews and endorsements.
