Job summary

Taktile enables financial institutions to become AI-native through its Agentic Decision Platform. We are seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to bridge enterprise prospects and our AI-powered decisioning platform, driving technical wins in pre-sales across banks and insurers.

You will craft AI/ML-driven use cases, lead POCs, and guide customers through proof-of-value demonstrations while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a hybrid Berlin-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on production Python code.
• Experience solving enterprise customer technical challenges.
• Ability to manage Proofs of Concept and technical evaluations.
• Strong API and ML model understanding for production environments.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and financial services considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Solutions function by creating collateral and mentoring others.
• Translate customer priorities into AI use cases leveraging the Taktile platform.
• Lead proof-of-value projects combining customer data and ML models.
• Collaborate with partners to design solutions on Taktile's platform.
• Communicate the value and roadmap to senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Share competitive insights to influence the product roadmap.
• Lead discovery for new use cases and provide feedback to GTM teams.
