Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking an Enterprise Security Business Operations Senior Manager to lead a team responsible for business operations across the Enterprise Security organization, guiding long-range planning, GRC strategy, RAMP activities, financial management, resource planning, and key initiatives.

You will develop multi-year plans, budgets, and executive reporting while partnering with Finance and Regulatory Affairs to drive organizational objectives and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supervising a team and/or managing projects.
• Experience in leading business operations analysis.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, workforce, and resource data.
• Experience applying risk-informed planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business operating plans aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Develops and implements business operations risk management strategies.
• Leads prioritization of planning scenarios to meet performance metrics.
• Defines metrics, evaluates initiatives, and implements improvements.
• Manages projects, planning, coordination, and quality control.
• Oversees data gathering for market strategies and resource allocation.
• Protects cybersecurity assets and sensitive data with integrity.
