Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application integration or Microsoft 365/Power Platform development.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise integrations across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and automation in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI features in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI tools.
• Develop connectors, MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows.
• Establish secure authentication and identity patterns (Entra ID, Graph, OAuth).
• Implement Copilot Studio agents and secure data sources with proper permissions.
• Collaborate with practice groups to define adoption metrics and use cases.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
• Create user documentation and training to drive adoption.
• Monitor usage, collect feedback, and iterate for improvement.
• Troubleshoot production integrations and coordinate with vendor teams.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities for potential adoption.
