Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Enterprise Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations across the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment, Power Platform, and AI tools. You will implement connectors, MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows to surface approved capabilities in business workflows.

Join a collaborative team reporting to the Director of Enterprise Content and Cloud Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in application integration or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development and Power Platform in enterprise environments.
Experience building enterprise integrations across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Experience with MCP servers and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations across Microsoft 365 services and the Power Platform.
Develop connectors, MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows.
Establish authentication, identity, and connection patterns (Entra ID, Graph, OAuth 2.0).
Implement Copilot Studio agents and secure data sources with proper permissions.
Collaborate with practice groups to identify use cases and adoption metrics.
Ensure integrations meet security, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.
Create user-facing documentation, enablement materials, and training.
Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate for better uptake.
Troubleshoot and support production integrations with cross-team coordination.
Review existing integrations and plan improvements or re-architecture as needed.
