Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and document the architecture of our global technology landscape, including COTS platforms, custom apps, cloud services, data platforms, and integrations.

You will lead architecture governance, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with enterprise standards while balancing scalability, security, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture.
• Experience with COTS platforms, SaaS, custom applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Strong governance, security, risk management understanding.
• Ability to communicate architecture direction across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, cloud services, and platforms.
• Provide visibility into the enterprise portfolio to support lifecycle management and modernization.
• Collaborate on business capability mapping and portfolio analysis to improve alignment and reduce redundancy.
• Advise on integration design across systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead or participate in architecture review boards and governance processes.
