Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape the organization’s technology landscape.

You will work with business and technology teams to rationalize portfolios, set standards, and guide lifecycle decisions with a focus on application modernization and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with domain, platform, solution, and technical architects across infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity to drive enterprise-level decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience.
• Experience producing architecture artifacts (roadmaps, standards, reference architectures).
• Experience leading architecture reviews and facilitating complex decisions.
• Deep expertise in at least one architecture domain (applications, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or AI).
• Strong ability to connect business goals to technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to current and target-state architectures across business and technology teams.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps and modernization priorities with dependencies and investments.
• Lead architecture reviews and drive decisions to resolution.
• Create architecture principles, standards, and guardrails for teams.
• Connect domain strategies with enterprise priorities across multiple architects and teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable architecture deliverables and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, data, and AI teams to resolve cross-domain challenges.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts and portfolio information.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate findings into guidance.
