The role requires a 2-4 year background in energy trading or quantitative analysis, with strong skills in Excel, Python, SQL, and familiarity with trading platforms. Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of energy trading, financial analysis, or related quantitative work.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, derivatives, and trading principles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor energy markets (electricity, gas, coal) for price movements and opportunities.
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on market analysis and quantitative models.
• Analyze historical data to forecast price trends.
• Manage and mitigate trading risks per internal policies.
