Job summary

Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center is seeking an Endocrinologist to deliver comprehensive care for diabetes and endocrine disorders. The role supports 0.6–1.0 FTE with a possible hybrid model combining in-person clinic and virtual medicine.

The physician will lead in program development, collaborate with the Medical Group, and ensure quality care standards are aligned with Legacy's mission. Board certification and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate from a four-year accredited U.S. medical school or equivalent.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine.
• Board eligible/certified in endocrinology.
• Unrestricted Medical License for the applicable state.
• Current BLS for Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient and inpatient management for diabetes and endocrine disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, coordinators and staff to develop care plans.
• Respond promptly in writing to referral sources with an evaluation and plan of care.
• Provide medical coordination for diabetes and endocrine care and lead program development.
