Clinica Sierra Vista in Fresno, CA is seeking a Physician Endocrinologist to manage patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders across our network of primary care centers. You will see patients in-person and virtually and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, ethical care with a strong commitment to quality and community health, with a schedule of about 40 hours per week, including admin time.

Formación

• Professional clinical experience in physician's specialty.
• Must possess: DEA Certificate.
• AHA-BLS (Exempt if ACLS certification).
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility is required.
• Experience in EPIC is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Interest in research is highly desirable.
• Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.

Responsabilidades

• Performs in-person and virtual visits.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Keeps accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Always adheres to the highest standards of medical ethics.
• Regularly participates in clinic Peer Review and Quality Assurance Programs.
• Clinic practice of at least 34 patient care hours per week, with 6 hours of admin time built into the 40 hour per week schedule.
