Job summary

PRIMUS Global Services is seeking an Empower Certified Consultant for a hybrid role based in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ. The candidate will support, troubleshoot, upgrade and validate Waters Empower environments, CDS platforms, and related lab IT systems.

The role demands deep expertise in Empower certification, GxP/CSV validation, audit trails, change control, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, network troubleshooting, and supervision of technical teams across Windows-based laboratory PCs and client/server

Qualifications

• Deep experience with Waters Empower certification and Empower 3.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and CDS upgrades.
• Knowledge of GxP/CSV validation, audit trails, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, upgrade and validate large-scale chromatography data systems.
• Ensure compliance with GxP/CSV and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement IQ/OQ/PQ and UAT processes.
• Supervise laboratory IT environments and client/server connectivity.
