Responsibilities

• Configure instruments including HPLC, GC, UPLC with Empower application.
• Create and manage users and user groups in Empower application.
• Create and modify projects, archival and restore processes.
• Troubleshoot instrument network connectivity issues.
• Utilize client delivery tools to report project status.
• Develop custom fields as needed.
• Knowledge of Nugenesis is a plus.
• Process data using Empower application.
