Job summary

A leading IT staffing firm is seeking an Empower Administrator for a contract role in Peapack, NJ. The role requires hands-on experience with instrument configuration, including HPLC, GC, and UPLC in Empower application. Responsibilities include managing users, creating projects, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Ideal candidates will also have skills in custom field development and knowledge in Nugenesis is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to join an established team and support top-tier clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure instruments including HPLC, GC, UPLC with Empower application.
• Create and manage users and user groups in Empower application.
• Create and modify projects, archival and restore processes.
• Troubleshoot instrument network connectivity issues.
• Utilize client delivery tools to report project status.
• Develop custom fields as needed.
• Knowledge of Nugenesis is a plus.
• Process data using Empower application.
