Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets and applies HR policies for university administrators, supervisors, and staff.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and university regulations.
• Makes recommendations for policy updates and process improvements.
• Evaluates HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Consults with General Counsel on employment law matters.
• Drafts and edits corrective action documents with department managers.
• Maintains consistent, accurate case notes and collaborates with HR teams.
• May lead special projects or training within UHRM.
