• Use multiple technology systems to enter, review, and verify eligibility-related data.
• Explain program rules and decisions to applicants in writing, over the phone, and in-person.
• Review information received by mail or electronically for completeness and compliance.
• Connect individuals with additional programs and services that may support their health and well-being.
• Engage in outreach to provide program information and determine eligibility.
