The ideal candidate should possess at least six years of electrical engineering design experience, expertise in applicable codes, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in electrical engineering design.
• Five years managing engineers and technical staff.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department meetings and manage department's profit and loss.
• Inspire and mentor team members while managing performance.
• Approve and monitor project budgets and resource planning.
