Qualifications

• 2–7 years of engineering design experience post-graduation or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Net Zero Energy/Carbon design is a plus.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support both pre-design and design engineering phases.
• In pre-design, review existing as-built drawings and conduct field investigations.
• Perform energy modeling, develop single-line diagrams and load schedules.
• Conduct Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies.

Skills

Proficient in Revit

Proficient in AutoCAD

Strong command of Microsoft Office

Familiarity with the California Building Code

Familiarity with the National Electrical Code

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

EIT Certification preferred

LEED Accreditation is a plus

PE License is a plus

Membership in professional engineering associations is a plus
