Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in EHR or system integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Possession of or ability to obtain Epic Bridges certification within 6 months of hire and maintain.
• Strong knowledge of integration solutions (e.g., point-to-point, API), EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and HL7/FHIR standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of EHR and system integration projects, ensuring alignment with goals and regulatory standards.
• Manage scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks using established PM practices.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate changes from original specifications and report progress and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and stay current with industry trends.
