Job summary

AlixPartners is seeking an eDiscovery Consultant in a Project Management role supporting our Risk Advisory practice fromDallas or other listed cities. The position focuses on data collection, processing, and review across the e-discovery lifecycle, with emphasis on client collaboration and rigorous quality control.

You will work with Relativity and other review platforms, manage large data sets, and communicate findings clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of professional eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with Relativity; familiarity with Everlaw, Reveal or DISCO is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and document review tools is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-facing ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement e-discovery life cycle protocols and internal standards.
• Find, compile, organize, categorize, and verify case-critical data across preservation, collection, processing, review and production.
• Master a range of industry standard software tools to deliver client solutions.
• Identify client needs and participate in client discussions and meetings.
• Advise clients on data collection in large-scale litigation and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Create and manage large data sets.
• Address technical and operational challenges to meet deadlines.
• Ensure electronic files are accessible for potential litigation; draft reports and presentations.
• Perform quality control reviews and train staff.
