AlixPartners is seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to join our Risk Advisory practice in Washington, DC (hybrid). You will apply data collection, processing, and analytics expertise to support investigations and litigation, coordinating with clients and specialists to deliver defensible results.

The role requires a technical background, Relativity proficiency, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical focus.
• 2+ years of professional eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with Relativity preferred; familiarity with Everlaw, Reveal, or DISCO is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and technical/non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Establish and implement protocols for the e-discovery life cycle (preservation to production).
• Find, compile, organize, categorize, and verify case-critical data across the eDiscovery life cycle.
• Master industry-standard tools to develop client-specific solutions.
• Identify and address client needs; participate in client discussions and meetings.
• Advise clients on data collection for large-scale litigation, including chain-of-custody procedures.
• Create and manage large data sets.
• Solve technical/operational challenges and ensure accessibility of electronic files for litigation.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in written and oral form, drafting reports and presentations.
• Perform quality control reviews and train other staff.
