Job summary

Early Learning Ventures, a nonprofit serving Colorado’s youngest learners, seeks an EHS Child Care Partnership Specialist. The role combines coaching site leaders, developing teachers, engaging families, and strengthening community partnerships within a hybrid Denver Metro setting.

The position requires 2+ years in human services, with 1+ year in early childhood, strong relationship skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel is local, with potential out-of-county visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in human services, including at least 1 year in an early childhood setting.
• Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Solid grounding in early childhood development theory and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across ECE programs, community partners, and parents.
• Working knowledge of case management, community engagement, continuous improvement, and/or coaching.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong site leaders through coaching and guidance on center management, operations, HR, and business development.
• Grow great teachers with professional development, coaching, and credentialing support.
• Partner with families via home visits, conferences, events, and PFCE-aligned engagement activities.
• Strengthen communities by shaping program policies, service plans, and monitoring processes; participate in Health Services Advisory Committee.
• Keep records and monitoring up to date in Alliance CORE and ensure full HSPPS compliance.
