The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education, strong curriculum design skills, and the ability to collaborate with families and staff to implement developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in facilitating early years learning programs.
• Understanding of child development theories and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster engagement.
• Experience with hybrid learning components is a plus.
