Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (drywall/framing preferred).
• Estimating and/or project coordination experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate bids for drywall and related scopes.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Assist Project Managers and coordinate with subcontractors.
