Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bids for drywall and related scopes.
• Assist Project Managers in reviewing contracts and budgets.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors.

Skills

Commercial construction experience (drywall/framing preferred)

Estimating experience

Proficiency in reading architectural drawings

Strong analytical skills

Organizational abilities

Familiarity with estimating software
