Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional Drupal development experience.
• Successful NIH Badging is required.
• Deep expertise in Drupal 10/11, PHP 8.3+, and Composer-driven management.
• Experience with security/compliance workflows.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development on Drupal-based projects for clients.
• Manage the full development lifecycle across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Implement Figma-to-Drupal design handoffs with fidelity.
• Update and maintain security compliance documentation.
