Evergy is seeking a Distribution Process Analyst to partner with stakeholders across Operations, document current processes, and drive improvements in distribution workflows. The role focuses on process mapping, data analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and consistency.

The position requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and the ability to document complex processes while supporting governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, management, engineering, operations management, business analytics, organizational development, or related field.
• Progressive experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations.
• Experience in utility operations or energy sector is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document, analyze, and maintain business processes and related materials across the Operations organization.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and procedures.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs and build alignment.
• Analyze process performance and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to develop actionable recommendations for leaders and owners.
• Present findings and assess operational impacts, risks, and implementation considerations.
