Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in strategy development, global initiatives and program development; consulting a plus.
• Experience managing an organization with multiple direct reports and teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans with measurable results.
• Ability to craft executive-level storytelling in PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set US-level strategic priorities, targets, and metrics with executive leadership.
• Lead large programs, manage teams, and own select initiatives.
• Oversee the day-to-day US strategic planning cycle and annual planning with Global.
• Partner with Consumer Insights to embed customer needs into strategy.
• Support US strategic narrative and coordinate with communications.
• Plan and execute key events including executive forums and leadership meetings.
• Foster connections between Global and US strategy teams.
• Prepare US materials for the Executive Committee, Management Board, and Supervisory Board.
• Provide market trends, insights, and competitive intelligence to senior leaders.
• Support US M&A activities and collaborate with Global stakeholders as needed.
• Execute special projects at the request of the CEO.
