Job summary

Revo Health in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Director of Payor/Provider Payments & Analytics to lead payor analytics, reimbursement modeling, and provider compensation efforts across contracts for our growing independent physician group.

The role combines finance, analytics, and healthcare operations, requiring technical expertise (SQL, data modeling) and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for physicians and executives. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 8-12+ years in healthcare analytics/finance with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Advanced SQL skills (data extraction, joins, aggregations, performance tuning).
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims, reimbursement methodologies, and provider compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on technically.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with physicians or clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for payor analytics, provider compensation, and credentialing.
• Partner with executives and physicians on financial performance and contracts.
• Define and execute analytics strategy aligned with growth and value-based care.
• Establish best practices for data governance and reporting.
• Oversee payor reimbursement and contract performance analysis.
• Improve revenue capture and payment accuracy.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle to model financial impact.
• Support provider compensation with accurate data.
