The leader will build and mentor a team, translate complex data into actionable insights for physicians and executives, and drive performance reporting, dashboards, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in healthcare analytics, finance, or revenue cycle with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, joins, and aggregations.
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims, reimbursement methodologies, and provider compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team for payor analytics, provider compensation, and payment integrity.
• Partner with executives and physicians on financial performance, reimbursement trends, and contract optimization.
• Define analytics strategy aligned with growth, value-based care, and contracting priorities.
• Establish governance, controls, and scalable data reporting processes.
