Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in managing government grant or loan programs.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide program leadership and direct supervision to Grants Administrators, Compliance Officers, and a Deputy Director.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction, priorities, and expectations for the program.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations; oversee audits and performance metrics.
