Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to protect and elevate the company’s reputation. You will lead internal and external communications, shaping narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders across North America while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

The role requires a strong editorial hand, digital savvy, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate or agency communications.
• Experience in internal and external (media relations) corporate communications.
• Technically savvy with digital communications and social media platforms.
• Ability to develop audience-specific messaging for diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of internal communications to engage corporate and market associates.
• Craft messages and programs to inform stakeholders and drive action.
• Editor of intranet SharePoint site; create announcements and executive communications.
• Write and edit internal/external content: newsletters, scripts, social content.
• Integrate corporate narrative into leader communications and brand story.
• Build relationships with HR and other teams to identify communications opportunities.
• Measure outcomes of communications and report results to stakeholders.
• Develop processes and toolkits to support corporate communications teams.
• Provide support for Breakthru events and leadership communications.
