Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a dynamic, hybrid role. You will sell digital marketing solutions—including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, and SEO—through a partnership selling model.

Expect a base salary plus expense allowance and generous commissions with ongoing training and support. Year 1 on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 targets rise to $100,000–$115,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
