Kuumba Made, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day digital marketing across paid media, email, social content, and copywriting.

This hybrid role blends analytics with hands-on creative production to translate brand strategy into engaging, platform-specific content. Collaborating with marketing and design teams, you will maintain a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints, supporting the launch and ongoing promotion

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and repurposing creator content across channels.
• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, including campaigns, segmentation, automations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance with data-driven optimization.
• Track and report on key metrics like ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Develop email content and automated flows aligned with launches and promotions.
• Write clear, on-brand copy for social, email, websites, and ads.
• Create and adapt digital graphics for social and web campaigns.
