Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Digital Designer to craft our brand's digital identity across websites, social, email, and campaigns. You will translate hospitality into pixel-perfect visuals and collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.

You will use AI-powered tools, stay on-brand, and push creative boundaries while ensuring accessibility and performance across channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
2+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience preferred.
Strong portfolio showing high-quality design across web, social, email.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly).
Working knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools.
Experience preparing and optimizing creative for digital channels and print.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles.
Strong typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
Hybrid role; readiness for in-person collaboration at Breckenridge offices.

Responsibilities

Design on-brand creative for websites, email, social, digital ads, and campaigns.
Develop campaign assets including hero graphics and landing pages.
Lead production from concept to final output with brand standards.
Collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce on WordPress pages.
Incorporate AI-powered tools responsibly in workflows.
Maintain organized files and support multiple projects.
Assist with video, motion graphics, and short-form content as needed.
