Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Digital Designer to shape our brand's digital identity across websites, social, email, and digital advertising. You will translate hospitality into compelling visuals, manage end-to-end creative from concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet marketing objectives.

You will leverage AI-powered tools, experiment with video and motion, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of professional graphic or digital design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital channels (web, social media, digital advertising, email, and integrated marketing).
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools including Adobe Firefly for image generation, editing, ideation, and production.
• Experience with WordPress and landing pages.
• Knowledge of responsive web design, accessibility, UX principles.
• Mac-based workflows proficiency.
• Strong typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand creative for websites, email, social, digital ads, and print.
• Develop campaign creative including landing pages and assets.
• Drive creative from concept to production with strong design principles and visual storytelling.
• Adapt creative across brands, channels, sizes, and placements while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• Support website design with WordPress, page builders, and responsive layouts.
• Use AI-powered tools throughout ideation, design, and production workflows.
• Apply and maintain brand standards across Breckenridge Grand Vacations and its brands.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files and review proofs.
