Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Graphic design experience (Canva preferred).
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new digital communications platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable judgement.
• Commitment to integrating racial justice and equity into ELM’s work and to ensuring an inclusive organizational culture.
• Familiarity with email marketing systems and WordPress preferred.

Aufgaben

• Digital Media: Develop and manage a monthly external communications calendar; grow social media presence; create and post engaging content; write, direct, and edit short-form video content; engage with content creators; manage platforms; drive social media ads; build and send marketing emails; maintain multiple websites.
• Content Creation: Translate policy topics for digital audiences; develop medium-form policy content for websites and LinkedIn; short-form content for Instagram; collaborate with external partners on social media content; provide copywriting and copy-editing support; promote ELM’s media efforts.
• Graphic Design: Create digital graphics for events and campaigns; develop presentation materials; support printed materials like annual report.
• Data Administration: Collect and organize website, social media, and email performance data; analyze data to inform strategy; maintain and optimize email marketing.
