Job summary

ABB is seeking a Digital Execution Lead to collaborate with customers, develop and implement digital solutions, and drive adoption of ABB's digital platforms. The role is hybrid, based in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH, with a focus on APC applications, process optimization, and long-term support.

Candidates should have extensive experience in industrial automation and leadership. Lead projects across design, testing, and deployment while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in advanced process control to optimize processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide technical teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with process engineers, operations, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of APC applications to meet customer objectives.
• Develop dynamic process models, control strategies, and optimization solutions for throughput and quality.
• Serve as SME for APC solutions, supporting sales pursuits, workshops, and scope development.
• Provide lifecycle support including performance monitoring, tuning, and health checks.
