Insight Global is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to standardize CI/CD on GitHub Actions, automate infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation, and implement GitOps across on-prem, AWS, and Azure. You will work with development teams to optimize delivery, security, and observability while driving FinOps and SRE initiatives.

You should bring 5–6+ years in cloud/DevOps, strong AWS/Azure skills, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of Cloud/DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• AWS and Azure hands-on experience required.
• GitHub and Bitbucket experience including branching strategies.
• GitHub Actions experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code across environments.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience with containerized apps.
• Experience with EKS/ECS and/or AKS; Jenkins or similar tooling.
• AWS or Azure certifications are preferred.
• Strong scripting with Python/PowerShell/Shell for automation.
• Familiar with cloud monitoring/observability tools.

Responsabilités

• Standardize CI/CD on GitHub Actions with reusable workflows and protections.
• Automate build, tests, security checks, and progressive delivery.
• Provision infrastructure using CloudFormation/Terraform and IaC.
• Implement GitOps deployment patterns and guardrails across environments.
• Partner on FinOps: tagging, budgets, showback, rightsizing, spend optimization.
• Drive DevSecOps alignment with security teams and audit-ready logging.
• Establish SRE practices: SLIs/SLOs, runbooks, on-call readiness, dashboards.
