Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer for a contract role in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will bridge application development with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation to deliver scalable, reliable platforms.

You will develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, build and support Jenkins pipelines, and contribute to reusable enterprise libraries. Strong debugging and problem-solving across dev, test, and production is required.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or a similar language.
• Full-stack application development experience.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience maintaining enterprise-wide libraries and frameworks, including dependencies, versioning, upgrades, and security remediation.
• Strong production troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
