Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst for the SCPO team in the United States. The role manages weekly and long-term demand planning processes, ensuring data integrity, cross-functional consensus, and alignment of supply and demand to maximize margins and inventory utilization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with data governance experience and the ability to translate complex market signals into actionable demand plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with demand planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel/data tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve data issues within demand hierarchies and master data to ensure a single source of truth.
• Review and manage weekly RTf (Return-to-Forecast) process and address escalations.
• Collaborate with BU Forecasters, Regional Demand Leads, and Accounts to develop and optimize the Demand Plan for margin and inventory.
• Review proration, consumption, and disaggregation to ensure the plan is consumable by supply chain execution teams.
• Monitor Backlog, Gross Billings, Customer Demand, and Sales Forecasts to make data-driven changes to the weekly plan.
