Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER MCO division seeks a Demand Generation Marketing Strategist for the Residential and MOEM Segment. This hybrid position will be based across multiple sites, including Beachwood, OH, to drive regional campaigns and coordinate with sales, product marketing, and CoE.

The role requires a strong background in digital and content marketing, SEO, analytics, and ABM, along with experience in tradeshow strategy and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, ABM, tradeshow strategy, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop ES-A marketing communications strategies.
• Lead planning, content strategy, deployment, and measurement of regional campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels.
• Align with sales, product marketing, and CoE to ensure cohesive messaging and lead flow.
• Manage regional tradeshows and events, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
