Job summary

You will forecast demand, manage safety stock and vintage transitions while coordinating across Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to protect the supply plan and ensure on-time customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of demand planning, inventory management, or order operations experience.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Hands-on in order entry and exception resolution, not just planning.
• Experience coordinating across sales, production, and warehouse functions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly demand forecasts aligned with sales plans.
• Set safety stock levels and manage vintage transitions.
• Lead vintage transition planning sessions with Production and Sales.
• Manage the production schedule and confirm commitments within 48 hours.
• Support day-to-day order fulfillment, entering orders and resolving exceptions.
• Track forecast accuracy and inventory turns; flag stockout risk early.
• Collaborate on inventory and fulfillment reporting with Sales Analytics.
