MMD is a thriving cannabis retail brand with several Southern California locations. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Driver/Budtender for our North Hollywood location. This hybrid role completes customer deliveries and supports in-store operations between delivery assignments.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or delivery experience. Cannabis knowledge is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Current vehicle registration and automobile insurance.
• Reliable vehicle with a locking trunk or secured trunk cover.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• At least one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and professionally.
• Verify customer identification and follow all delivery compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery receipts, transaction records, and customer notes.
• Communicate delivery updates or incidents promptly to store management.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations while working in the store.
• Process sales and pickup orders accurately through the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor and prepare online and delivery orders.
• Restock products and supplies and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Follow all cash-handling, inventory, security, and cannabis compliance procedures.
• Perform other store-support duties between deliveries as assigned.

MMD is a thriving and growing cannabis retail brand with several Southern California locations. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Driver/Budtender for our North Hollywood location.

This hybrid position completes customer deliveries and supports in-store operations between delivery assignments. Candidates with hospitality, retail, customer service, or delivery experience are encouraged to apply. Cannabis knowledge is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Driver/Budtender Pay: $18.42 per hour, plus tips and applicable mileage reimbursement Schedule: Delivery operations run from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
