Mammoth Distribution in North Hollywood, CA is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver to handle daily B2B stops and weekly long-haul routes. CDL not required; we provide training.

Join a team serving cannabis dispensaries across Los Angeles, with a Monday-Friday day shift and a compensation of $21/hour plus quarterly bonus. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of delivery/route driving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Box truck, Sprinter van, or cargo van experience preferred.
• CDL not required; cannabis industry experience a plus.
• Comfortable with delivery apps and GPS navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries in the LA area.
• Run long-haul routes about once per week outside your radius.
• Manage inventory for deliveries and pickups from partners.
• Occasionally handle accounts receivable payments per SOPs.
• Complete daily delivery reports and maintain paperwork.
• Collaborate with sales on delivery changes and issues.
• Share product knowledge with dispensaries as directed.
• Present a professional image and deliver strong customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

We’re hiring a full-time Delivery Driver or Route Driver to handle daily B2B stops and weekly long-haul routes out of our North Hollywood location—convenient to Burbank, Van Nuys, Glendale, and the San Fernando Valley. CDL not required. No cannabis experience required—we provide training. What You'll Do

• Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries across the Los Angeles area
• Run long-haul routes averaging once per week to territories outside your normal radius
• Manage inventory for all deliveries and product pick-ups from business partners
• Occasionally handle payments for accounts receivable; follow SOPs to keep funds organized
• Complete daily delivery reports and maintain accurate, meticulous paperwork
• Collaborate with the sales team on delivery changes, product issues, and payment matters
• Share product knowledge with dispensary partners as directed
• Project a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service on every stop
• Maintain company confidentiality at all times

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of delivery, route driving, or long-haul driving experience; clean driving record required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to drive a van or box truck for 8-12+ hours daily
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stoop, stretch, twist, and bend throughout the shift
• Good vision and hearing; consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance required

Also relevant if you have experience as: Route Driver, Delivery Associate, Driver Helper, Courier, Sprinter Van Driver, Box Truck Driver, Local Delivery Driver, Route Delivery Driver, Commercial Driver (No CDL required), or Cannabis Driver.
