Marsh seeks a Data Strategy Lead for the DCX team, based in Boston or New York, in a hybrid role. You will shape data and knowledge products, align with product and analytics partners, and champion AI-enabled data platforms across client-facing solutions.

You will bridge data strategy with operations and governance, driving scalable, reusable assets, metadata, and ontologies. This role requires senior leadership, collaboration, and a track record of delivering data-driven business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining data strategy, data products, and governance in complex environments.
• Ability to bridge analytics and operations with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Define the DCX data and knowledge strategy and roadmap for reusable data products.
• Prioritize high-value domains with business and product partners to drive outcomes.
• Build knowledge assets across client intelligence, claims intelligence, exposure data and risk profiles.
• Embed analytics into workflows and day-to-day decision making, beyond dashboards.
• Define the knowledge layer, entities, taxonomies, and semantic standards.
• Establish governance and AI-readiness of knowledge products at scale.
• Support AI enablement like metadata extraction, data profiling, and corpus preparation.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape tools for search, retrieval, summarization, and evaluation.
• Drive priority DCX workstreams and translate ideas into practical solutions.
