Qualifications

• 8–12 years of AI product ownership, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology innovation.
• Proven track record of delivering AI and digital solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Expertise in agile delivery methods and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI and digital product vision with leaders and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept through execution.
• Develop and drive the AI and Data strategy, integrating AI/ML and automation into products.
• Oversee data integration, governance, and compliance standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication, prioritization, and KPIs.
• Ensure deployments are ethical, secure, and compliant.
