Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to manage data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards. The role involves collaborating with data engineers and business teams to translate data needs into detailed requirements and ensure quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of IS/tech experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. A master’s degree and Lean/Six Sigma are considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma experience (preferred).
• Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs with customers and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Create data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data challenges across project phases.
• Support data and report delivery testing and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals in the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and document requirements and reviews.
• Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
