Job summary

Tricon Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist with QuickSight knowledge for a hybrid-contract role. You will become a domain expert in customer support data, translate business questions into analyses, and build dashboards to surface key insights for stakeholders.

You will apply statistical methods, leverage LLM and agent-based approaches, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to inform decisions. Strong communication and 3+ years in data science are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a domain expert in the company's customer support operations and platform data; understand how the business operates and where value is created.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and metrics; define metrics for customer support effectiveness and operational performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards that surface insights for stakeholders across support and analytics.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends in customer and user behavior.
• Leverage LLM- and agent-based approaches to automate analyses and build self-serve tools for stakeholders to query data.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and reports to support time-sensitive decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners; distill data into actionable insights.
