Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead AI-driven analytics for a federal-focused contract. The role centers on designing and deploying predictive models and AI-enabled data platforms that support enterprise applications used by millions.

Expertise in Databricks, Azure, and RAG architectures is essential. The successful candidate will build scalable data pipelines, craft interactive dashboards, and collaborate with government stakeholders through the SDLC to deliver secure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services.
• Experience in AI data architectures including RAG, vector and graph databases.
• Dashboard/visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• SDLC support including testing and QA.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R/Scala.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions including RAG and vector/graph databases.
• Design and optimize enterprise data architectures for AI/ML.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure data services.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques to business challenges.
• Support all SDLC phases including requirements, development, testing, and production support.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and security/governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
