Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company seeking a Data Scientist to develop and deploy predictive and descriptive models across the customer lifecycle. You will conduct strategic analytics, build BI dashboards, and partner with leaders to identify where analytics can add value.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years as a professional data scientist; banking/regulatory exposure a plus.
• Strong risk modeling and analytics skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R; Tableau BI experience a plus.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analytics on strategic initiatives.
• Access data, run analytics models, solve business problems.
• Understand and influence pillars of conceptual risk modeling.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner for Data Science team.
